Asi Taulava declined Meralco Bolts offer

He is still one dominating center in the PBA, Asi Taulava former PBA MVP, declined another year with Meralco Bolts.

Asi Taulava
The 6'9 center decided not to sign a 2 year extension contract with Manny Pangilinan's PBA team, Meralco Bolts. Sheryl Reyes, Taulava's agent, confirmed their decision through twitter  “We have officially declined Meralco offer for Asi. We would like to thank MVP Group for everything they have given him"

Even if he didn't sign, Taulava still has other option. He can play for another team in Asean Basketball League or go international with Chinese Basketball Association.  Barako Bull is also wanted to have Asi in their line up.

But, Asi, seems interested to play with San Miguel Beermen of ABL. He like the once a week game schedule of the league and one of his close friend Eric Menk, will be part of the team after the PBA Philippine Cup.
